BOTOX
ABOUT
Botulinum toxin, known as Botox, is extracted from bacterium called Clostrudium Botulinum. It was originally manufactured via an American pharmaceutical company called Allergan, Inc. After approval by the FDA, it is now widely utilized. The effects of Botox can often differ according to an individual's reaction to the dosage, body, concentration degree, and the accuracy of the injection. The effective period usually lasts 3 to 6 months then slowly returns back to a person's original state. Because of this, repetitive injections are required to maintain the effects. CK Plastic Surgery utilizes original and highest-quality available Botox.
APPLICATIONS
-- Correcting wrinkles that are caused by muscles of the face (glabella, eye area, forehead, etc.)
-- Creating a square jawline
-- More developed-looking calf muscles
-- Hyperhidrosis, also known as excessive sweating
POST-OP CARE
You may exercise and also go back to your daily routine right after after the surgery. Using a cold pack for about 15 minutes before and after the filler procedure can minimize development of both swelling and bruising. You need to be careful not to rub the surgical area after your surgery. There can be minor swelling or bruising but it will generally disappear after one or two days. You may also feel some stiffness in your facial muscles resulting in a bit of a stern appearance, but this usually subsides after a week or two.
FILLERS
ABOUT
Wrinkles that are formed through frequent muscle use as well as the reduction of fat in the face can be difficult to fix without gap filling. Fillers are utilized to raise up the skin and fill in the gaps, thereby reducing wrinkles. Hyaluronic acid is a composing element within the cartilage and skin as well as the main component in fillers. Since it is fully absorbed in the body over time, it can be safely utilized. In addition, hyaluronic acid may be removed from the body through an enzyme injection that melts the acid into water. You may see the effects of the surgical procedure nearly immediately and the usual effective period is about one to two years. There is virtually no swelling and the procedure is quite simple, often lasting about five minutes. This means takes less time than a lunch break and due to no post-op care you can just go straight home!
